At MermaidTingz, we take pride in providing quality, stylish pieces. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be provided

 with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • MermaidTingz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
